Which is Conveyancing?

The process is called conveyancing and been able to be made by a legal consultant specializing in the work of property or an authorized conveyancer - it is somebody qualified to make only this kind of legal work.

The process conveyancing is same that which you choose.

To buy and be sold

If you sell to a property your legal consultant will work out a contract on sale, requests the contracts of title starting from your lender and draft of the investigations of the legal consultant of the salesman.

The legal consultant of the salesman will organize research, will send a list of questions about the property to the legal consultant of the purchaser and will communicate with your company of real loan.

If you buy a property, your legal consultant will usually act in the name of your lender who will insist for certain research.

Research

On all the properties, the lenders need a search for local authority. This shows details of any permit building given on the property which you buy and all plans to build roads with less than 200 meters of the property.
